Clamping System Adapter Kit
BIG Kaiser Precision Tooling Inc. offers its Rotary Indexer Adapter Kit, designed for use with the Unilock Clamping System. The 210-mm adapter kit mounts to any rotary table with a t-slot faceplate, the company says. The clamping concept provides a system to position and clamp workpieces for the most efficient part loading. It can be used on workpieces of any size or weight, and can be used in any configuration and in almost any process, the company reports. The clamping system is designed to preserve a repeatable accuracy of 0.0002 inch or better with a retention force greater than 11,000 pounds.
