Rex-Cut® MX Plus™ Cotton Fiber Mounted Points are impregnated with aluminum oxide abrasives in a proprietary bond and are suitable for light grinding, finishing, and blending stainless steel and aluminum fabrications. Ideal for removing slag and splatter from welds, they come in coarse, medium, and fine grits in 25 shapes and sizes from 3/8 in to 2 in dia. and 3/8 in to 2 in long.
Capable of leaving a 32 RMS surface finish on stainless steel, Rex-Cut® MX Plus™ Cotton Fiber Mounted Points provide smooth operator control without chatter or loading. These versatile mounted points are also effective for removing scratches caused by carbide burrs, deburring holes, blending corner welds, and breaking edges without removing the base metal.
