Xspect Solutions, Inc. announces the appointment of Elliott Mills as the new applications engineer responsible for Xspect Solutions/Wenzel gear measuring equipment.
Mr. Mills comes to Xspect Solutions from American Axle & Manufacturing where he worked as a manufacturing engineer, industrial engineer and a production supervisor over a 4-1/2 year period. He is a graduate of Kettering University (formerly General Motors Institute) with a degree in Manufacturing Engineering and a Masters Degree in Operational Management. He is currently in the process of completing his MBA from Kettering University as well.
In this new applications engineering position Mr. Mills will be a key individual at Xspect Solutions for developing new gear measuring applications using Wenzel GMMs, Renishaw scanning probes and new gear measuring OpenDMIS software module. By combining new applications for measuring gears with CMMs with the well-known Wenzel GearTec line of dedicated gear measuring machine technology, Xspect Solutions/Wenzel will now be able to offer the most complete gear measuring technology in the world.
Mr. Mills currently resides in Novi, MI.
